Why share your games with the Collective?
- Sharing the pinball hobby is one of the founding principles of NWPC.
- Home collectors have amazing lineups that they wish to share with the wider community.
- The Sanctuary is the perfect place to do that!
- Some collectors have a surplus of games. Sharing a game at The Sanctuary is much easier (and free) compared to off-site storage, and less heart-breaking than selling your game!
- We look forward to offering incentives to game donors in the future, but aren't yet able to do so.
- Game donors will be recognized on our website and on placards attached to their loaned games.
How do I get my pinball machine showcased at The Sanctuary?
Fill out our
Game Loan Offer form. The Lineup Committee will reach out if/when they would like to host your game.
What criteria do the Lineup Committee use to pick games?
- We try to keep the lineup diverse across eras, manufacturers and themes.
- Preference is given to member-owned machines.
- Loan terms of 3 months or longer are preferred.
- Games must be playable. We do not accept project games except under very special circumstances.
What can I expect when I loan a game to NWPC?
- Games are insured against theft, accidents and other catastrophic incidents while under NWPC's care and control.
- We can handle transport if needed.
- Our goal is to return all machines in equal, if not better, condition than when we received them.
- Notes about game condition will be taken when the game is accepted, and reviewed when it is returned.
- NWPC will cover all routine maintenance and upkeep (including parts).
- If there are major or expensive issues, we will work with the donor for a fair resolution.
- Agreements about specific loan terms will be arranged with donor, including:
- Length of game loan
- Who will perform maintenance (donor, NWPC techs, or both)
- Other donor-specific terms as needed
- Read our game donor agreement.
